Mary is a meticulous professional and takes pride in generating a quality work product for all of her clients. Developing and maintaining long-term relationships is of utter importance to Mary. A native of Utah, Mary also enjoyed living in Arizona for 8 years where she first became a licensed real estate agent. Mary has over 5 years managing operations for homeowners associations for some of the largest master planned communities in Utah and Arizona-including Daybreak, SunCrest and Estrella. Her experience in these communities has given her a wealth of knowledge in understanding the process of a growing community, including; anticipating build-out and long-term planning, comprehension of legal documents that govern communities within a home owners association, and managing relationships with home owners, developers, builders and vendors at a scale of over 5,000 homes. Mary also managed the operations for a local architecture firm for 5 years where she was able to attain an extensive understanding of the process of building a property from its conception. This gives Mary a unique knowledge and perspective of the life of a home, as well as different aspects and factors to consider when choosing to either build a new home or purchase an existing property. Mary is a two-time cancer survivor and uses her own personal experience to help raise awareness and advocate for other young adults that are also affected by cancer. Mary currently serves on the Board of the Huntsman-Intermountain Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Care Program, as well as the Huntsman Cancer Institute’s Community Advisory Board. Mary has also recently been invited to serve as an ambassador for the ‘5ForTheFightCampaign’. When Mary is not representing clients, she takes full advantage of the surrounding national & state parks that Utah natives are all so fortunate to enjoy.
